The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and considerate, especially towards our wheelchair-bound cousin during lunch and the rugby internationals. They even accommodated a late check-in and opened the bar, going above and beyond. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet road within walking distance to the town, offering a well-presented and spotlessly clean environment. The dining experience was a delight, with delicious options like black pudding and sausages, although some improvements could be made for a 4-star hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service and cozy rooms.
